In the time of the Red, every city has a Combat Zone: an area of the city where the law doesn't reach and cyber-enhanced gangs fight for control over the streets.
It’s one thing to live through the time of the RED – it’s another to be born into it… In parts of the city where the adults have fled, the youth run the streets. These Gonks are Gen RED initiate gang members looking to make a name for themselves.
